Customers of Japanese nationality:
No passport is required.
Please present an official photo ID such as a driver's license or my number card.

Minors staying and checking in alone:
In addition to the above identification, a signed parental consent form is required.

Foreign nationals who do not have an address in Japan (foreign tourists):
A valid passport must be presented.

Customers of foreign nationality (permanent residents, permanent residents, etc.) with an address in Japan:
Passport is not required, but a resident card must be presented.
*Foreign customers cannot be identified using only their My Number Card.
